Setting up searches and alerts is incredibly easy, even when using Boolean operators. The tech support team is responsive, usually within a business day if not sooner. Onclusive has made it simple to quantify the value of our earned media and share reports with key stakeholders. The clip editing feature is something I use frequently. Onclusive's Critical Mention is helpful for daily media monitoring, providing useful reminders and alerts about press mentions and keywords. It reliably tracks coverage across traditional media channels, which made it easy to stay informed about relevant topics. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it harder to navigate than other tools. Social media monitoring is very limited, for example, I had to log into Facebook each time to access posts, and it doesn’t integrate smoothly with other platforms. Searching often had to be done manually, and despite the high price, it didn’t deliver as many features as expected.
